Anyone remapped 1.6HDI? Can it be done through OBD or does it need to be done on the bench?

Is it worth it? Any issues with reliability? Clutch / Turbos / DPF etc?

Galleto v54 can do it over OBD or BDM.

If you don't have vnt turbo then you will not gain much.

If you have vnt turbo and you get map and galetto for 100$,
you will get back that 100$ in diesel savings by 3-4 months.

But, you must pay more attention to your car. More frequent oil change.
Than you will lose more money on service.
If your map is not that good you will not pass MOT. You will need to flash old
map before MOT.

It is not that easy to answer your question.

Depends what year it is....Have a look at http://www.hdi-tuning.co.uk/ecu-remappin...pport.html for all the info you need. I had mine remapped from 90 to 110 and its been great, with no issues. Pulls loads better than a 90- not too much smoke either, only when you boot it.
Hi,

I found this  update to 148 CV.

Only need change the injector and turbo from original HDI 110 CV and remap the ECU.  Big Grin
