That's it !! I give up !!!

Pattern parts are far too often wrong in my experience..

Gearbox oil gets supplied as 75/80 without being BV or Gear 8 equivalent.
I have been trying to fix a knock from the front and Shock top mounts are either wrong or poor quality, bearings are poor quality, rebound bush and bellows, don't fit, wishbone ball joints are poor quality, springs break, also... clutch thrust bearings poor quality which is a pain in the butt to replace, exhaust poor quality and dissolve before your eyes, cheap wiper blades that squeak and judder across the screen before they fall apart, 'reconditioned' alternators that fall apart internally and I'm sure there is more to mention...

I am wasting soo much time doing the same job more than once because of pattern parts.. Genuine or pattern, your choice..
Very good point,
I certainly know how you feel, concerning exhaust parts, they don't seem to last five minutes,
I'm also having grief with wiper blades - juddering like hell, I've changed the motor & the linkage, but still they won't operate smoothly, I was wondering if it was the cheap screenwash i was using, see My Thread 'Stinking Screenwash',
I hope you have some luck, it's b*****y annoying having to do the same job more than once.
You should be okay with SOME parts from GSF as they are genuine as supplied by Citroen, some even come in Citroen marked packaging.

There has been concern they a well known internet trading site is selling parts as genuine or genuine quality and are fakes.

You get to know what parts you can buy from a good pattern parts supplier and what you must get from Citroen. Nothing is that clear cut im afraid but if in doubt alway go to Citroen.
