it was Evans halshaw citreon Leeds (1.5 diesel Enterprise model late 69 plate ) when i was paying for the vehicle i downloaded app in showroom then showed them the update i was told yes yes we will do it took it back on Friday last week thats when all of the cock and bull came out from them about it doesn't need it etc i came away without it been updated they kept my memory stick and said they would call me when they have sorted it still waiting. i have had a go downloading it myself with my very hold windows laptop not a problem the problem is i cant put it onto the usb stick i can put the licence one on but its asking me to unzip it and says my 32GB stick not big enough? thats the bit i cant do its over my head i don't know that much about computers etc. would they be anywhere i could go for them to put it onto the stick for me?i wish now that i wouldn't have brought it away from showroom until it was done.
Hi, I'm trying to do a firmware update of my 2016 Berlingo. This is because the touch screen is frequently restarting as I'm driving, making the radio etc. basically unusable, and, reading other posts on this issue, it seems to be worth trying this before taking it in to the dealer. However, I can't find where the new firmware actually is to download it. I've got the my Citroen app on the phone, but there is nothing I can find on that. Could someone point me to the right place please? I did call my local dealer, but they weren't helpful at all.

Many thanks in advance.
I don't think you can do this on the B9, the ones on this part of the forum who have had updates, are K9 models (your is a B9 if it's 2016)

I may be wrong but if an update is possible, it would have to be Citroen for your vehicle.

I have a B9 and there are no options in the MyCitroen app to do anything.
OK, thanks Zion, much appreciated. I have a feeling you are probably right, though my pretty useless local dealer said it was possible. Interestingly, the dealer said all they do is go on the public web site and download the updates. But I don't really have that much faith in what they say. The have been pretty useless ever since I bought the car. They did say the cost for a diagnostic test alone is £117, irrespective of what they find. And the Citroen web site is less than helpful, and certainly didn't say what you have just said, that it is possible on K9, but not B9. Anyway, I have contacted Citroen direct, and if I get a response, I'll post it here.
No problems buddy. Let us know what they say.

If you read this thread from the beginning...the instructions are there.

Hi.
Did you get this working? What USB stick did you use. Just got same message "USB divice not supported". But same USB worked fine with MP3s on it..
Yeah, the problem was not in the USB stick itself but the location of the license key file. Can't recall if it needed to be in the root or data folder. Either way the file location in Citroen supplied package was wrong.
