Hi All,

I've found plenty of useful info on this forum over the last few years, and, having just bought my 2nd Berlingo van, thought I should register an account.

The range of work I have carried out on my old Berlingo is limited.  Stuff like changing the starter motor, speed sensor, repair to clutch pedal and so on I have done, but preferred to leave the big jobs to the professionals.  That said, relying on my van for work, and sometimes having long waits for reliable, quality labour, I'm tempted to try some of the larger projects myself, if they're within my skill set.

Anyway, good to be here.  Hope you all have a good weekend
Good to have you aboard, welcome!

As a fellow recent new member, welcome. Similar to you I have also bought a second M59 and when the original one failed MOT I decided to jump in and sort it out myself. the issue was a bad rear axle - bearings and bushes.. As a long time amateur I have most tools and after watching the axle swap procedure on uTube, I bought a refurb. unit from Imaxle and have just completed the swapover. No issues except getting the frozen and corroded fixings out. So go ahead and jump in. There is so much info around and the support of fellow members. The Berlingo is often called the 2CV successor. True.
Thanks for the welcome guys!
