Getting used to my new Berlingo - this being a low mileage ex-demo model, originally registered in November 2011.

As such, I didn't choose the features that came with it, but most of them I can recognise, and work out, with the help of the manual. However, there are two things I have found in the passenger's side glove compartment - I think I know what one is, but haven't a clue about the other.

Here is a picture showing the whole passenger glove compartment. The grey box on the top left, I think is an audio connector for the radio, to get an Aux signal in. Below that is the cover for the internal fuse box. However, anyone know what the green connector on the right is?

A closer view. Note that is exactly how it appears, there is no cover for it, although it is hidden when the glove box is closed.

Any info appreciated, as I am curious!
I have one on my '12- I reckon its either a diagnostics socket or the exposed part of the auxilliary audio input found in the cars
Placement is different than my '10 but being next to the internal fuse box I'd guess the diagnostic socket. My diagnostic socket is behind a removable panel under the steering wheel that also contains the internal fuse box.
Chris

Looks like the diagnostics 16 way connector

It is the diagnostics connection for garage use when servicing/fault finding.
Can you tell what it is yet, Rolph Harris???
Cheers, guys. Don't know why that didn't occur to me, but in previous cars I've had (Scenics) this stuff hasn't been on show. I can sleep easy now!
