Sorry, but I wouldn't buy it. If it goes wrong during the guarantee period you will have to ship it back to Hong Kong.
Also you'll be liable for any customs duty when you receive it.
good point! im looking for cheap solutions. trying not to buy 2nd hand.

Whooooooooooosh!

If 'all the ebay adds make them sound pretty good' they must be good!
That's handy, you can watch dvds while you drive. Rolleyes There might be a law against that.
they should really be connected to the handbrake switch, so dvds wont play when the car is moving. i'll just use common sense and watch them at mcdonalds. Tongue
And during handbrake turns?
Hi

I used to have a double din one in a Volvo for a short while, I soon went back to the factory headunit. They look like an excellent deal and appear OK when they arrive but I found the display to be very low resoultion and pretty poor quality and the sound seemed to distort at quite low volumes. Also you had to "poke" the touch screen rather than "touch" it to get it to work! Unfortunately you get a quite poor unit for your money! The roof mounted DVD players are much the same! (All my opinion, of course!!)

Hope this helps

Rich
thanks rich, that sorts it then. ive had jvc headunits before and liked them, so might look have a look at what they have out just now.
