Just got Nexen Eurowin 650 winter tyres, just hope they're good. :eek:
Anyone have any experience with these tyres ?

Maybe the compounds been tweaked a bit now....tried them out today in the dry and tonight in the rain where they coped well. Early days, though...thanx for the link.

Its the age old problem of comparative testing.

It is interesting to see video's of tests, many on utube, also look out for videos showing effects of the old potato, which end do you fit your two new tyres ?

Neither, you fit FOUR winter tyres, otherwise you may very well find your back end overtaking the front.

Fitting winter tyres to just the driven wheels is extremely dangerous and should be avoided at all costs.

Now I'll just sit back and wait for the forum member who's fitted his winter tyres to the front and hasn't had a mishap yet. Yet Wink
Sorry Steve, my comments regarding which end to fit new tyres were never ever intended to refer to mixing summer and winter tyres.
They would be extremely relevant IF you needed to replace two winter tyres however, particularly as the threshold between stability and instability is much lower and less predictable.
