It does hasthe usual flatspot above 2000rpm 107bhp doesn't sound like much but it would surprise you, when it was standard 75 bhp it beat a 1.9 tdi golf 105 bhp in a race, chap said how surprised he was that it even kept up. Set me bk £200 inc vat
Hi, Can you please tell me did they removed the ECU from the car and flashed it on the bench. If not then they have done it over OBD. Do you remember the tool name: galleto, kess, mpps ... I have 90hp and would like 110hp. Smile
Depending on ECU model you can flash via OBD or not.. You just need to open the ECU on the new 1.6hdi 8v.

75hp and 92hp has a Bosch EDC17C10. 115hp model has a Siemens SID807..

Are you talking about an MK3 Berlingo 1.6HDi 16v 90hp? Galleto works fine!
Where did you get it remapped??

Ohh I just opened attachment... Auto tune. £200 all in??
I am DIY guy and I am going to do the remap my self. But I don't understand this.
I have m59 1.6 hdi 90 EDC16c34 , I have serached all over the internet/
forums and could not find map for edc16c34 90HP -> 110HP for
Berlingo . I have found a lot of maps for Peugeot 307 and C4 same
ecu type. I have also found map for edc15c34 from 110Hp to 140Hp again
NOT for Berlingo. Is it because inectors are different ?
That is why I asked the question. The 75Hp in M59 has a EDC16c43.
well done creith34. I will be booking mine very soon too but still trying to hunt for best prices and whether I want live mapping or rolling road. The live map thing everybody seems to do around me but there will be no proof of the figures, which I don't mind. However if I can get the rolling road for 200gbp then I will probably go for that one instead. Closest guys I found is Regal Autosport and JKM Performance
yes £200 rolling road and all

75hp and 90hp has a fixed geometry turbo.. 110hp has a variable geometry turbo... A big part of the file is different on 110hp because of that..

If you want more than 110/115hp on you 75hp engine, start looking for a 110hp turbo (VNT1544) Wink
