New Berlingo Anyone????
#1
Wink
Has anyone bought a new Berlingo (car not van)  and can give a bit of a review on what it's like?

I must admit I did price up a fully spec'd one the other day, the Peugeot Rifter worked out slightly cheaper. I think the Peugeot looks better this time around too.

I'm not so keen on the new rear seats, they only have folding back rests rather than the fold/tip/remove of the 2nd gen ones. I'm not sure the new seats are so good, as I've never seen a seat in that design which genuinely folds flat.

I'm probably not likely to actually buy one for 2 or 3 years though.

I have been looking into this. If you use a broker, you can get significant savings on a New Berlingo. Whereas Rifters aren't discounted at all. I have had a price from Autoebid of £21,522 for the following spec:-

Berlingo M 130 Flair Eat8
6536489: Citroen Berlingo M MPV 1
Selected Options
Paint - Special Solid - Onyx Black : Onyx Black - GBP 545.00 | Upholstery - Line Fabric - Green - GBP 0.00 | Drive Assist Pack - GBP 200.00 | High Console Between Front Seats with Storage Compartment - GBP 250.00 | Keyless Entry and Start - GBP 250.00 | Opening Tailgate Window with Dark Tinted Rear and Side Windows - GBP 250.00 | Park Assist Pack - GBP 700.00 | XTR Options Pack - GBP 590.00 | Automatic Dual Zone Climate Control - GBP 250.00 | 230V Socket - GBP 100.00 | Head - Up Display - GBP 400.00 |

Hmmm... I must admit I liked the new car when I test drove it a few weeks ago but the price put me off. I may have to look into Autoebid.

Thanks.

I agree the price is not so reasonable as when I bought mine in 2016.I'll watch prices to see how they go.I believe they will drop after 6 months or so.

Have they all got one?My son had loads of trouble with his C4 Picasso electric handbrake so I won't buy a car with one.
