That's fine, have a read of the post above. The CPP fault is a non issue, unless you have cruise control and it never works.

That’s great I’ll do that in the morning... thanks so much! If the readings go to normal when I disconnect the MAF. What would that possibly indicate? I suppose dirty EGR again of new MAF sensor?

If it runs well when the MAF is not connected then the MAF is probably faulty. Disconnect it when the engine is off (wait 3 minutes after switching off before disconnecting it), then start the engine and see what the readings are for fuel pressure and airflow. Post up the results. The airflow will go to 400 mg and the pulsing should stop, fuel pressure should be around 30,000 kPa...airflow measurements should be meaningless as they are static values from the maps with no MAF, but it should show whether the EGR is still causing pulsing or not, and if it all smooths out, I'd swap the MAF but the EGR will always benefit from a good clean.
Map airflow values are stable in the event there are no MAF measurements available.

If it still runs badly and the fuel pressure is wavering, I'd then suspect the EGR valve or the doser EGR throttle.

I got bored and decided to do it now
The engine ran A LOT smoother with MAF sensor unplugged...no pulsing!
Rail pressure still sitting at the 25000 mark as you can see from pics.
What ya think?
Thanks again

IEGR fault was still showing up though?? Along with the obvious MAF fault due to sensor being unplugged. Would the MAF be causing the EGR “fault”?
Thanks

Yes I think so. Smooth running, with the MAF unplugged, I thought it would settle out. I'd swap the MAF out for a new one, the EGR can be cleaned later.
With the MAF unplugged, I guess the rail pressure can't be calculated so it used the fuel map settings for safe operation.

Lovely thanks so much...i’ll swap out the MAF and give the EGR a good clean. Thanks again, I’ll let you enjoy your evening in peace now! Haha!!!
Really appreciate it!
