Could I find out how to order a centre console for my new Berlingo?
Ah easy try the Citroen main site - yep - order online line for accessories - wait it's buy another car! Can't be maybe I made a mouse click error - no - same thing. Clearly the order accessories link is buy a new car!!!
OK then Google will help. Yep a phone no. for the local Citroen parts department near me in N. London...er....yes after 10 mins Googling.
The 1st number was disconnected, the 2nd was and centralised London depot so far away it would take me a 2 hour round trip, the 3rd gave me another phone number to contact which got me into an automated loop message "press button 0 for all other enquiries."
Finally thankfully, the 4th gave me a phone number of one of the only remaining parts counters in Harlow only a 40 min round trip drive.
Why oh why is it so hard to buy a part for your car in the capital city of this country?
Sorry for the rant but it should be simple, quick, and job done.
Is this a COVID problem or a BREXIT problem, or a major failure in customer service???
Has anyone got a solution to this?
