Is there a Lever to change the lights for euro driving - Rjw - 10-09-2012

I'm driving my berlingo to France on Thursday, and am wondering is there a lever on the lights to adjust the beam flow to prevent dazzling oncoming traffic whilst driving in France, or do I need to use the sticky lens things. My last 2 cars have had a lever on the light units for driving in LHD countries. I drive on the continent at least 15 times a year, so would save me about £105 a year at the current £7 for the sticky things my local halfords charge. If i was only doing occasional europe driving I would not be too worried, Thanks.

This has been discussed before-the general outcome of the deliberations were that you need neither- the Mk3 is ready to go as-is.

Thanks, When you say ready to go, how do you mean by this? I have used the search function to little avail, all the posts that come up relate to Mk2 rather than a Mk3 which mine is.

means just drive it as is, no need to do anything. The lights [god knows how] are ok to drive abroad. So Citroen head office confirmed to us in a previous thread. All I do is turn lights down to floor, just like carrying heavy load.

Here you go thread here Deflectors not required, dips go downwards so do not dazzle oncoming drivers.
