Anyone in Hereford/Gloucester Hereford/Worcs or (god forbid) Welsh borders area know of a Water Supply Test facility other than county councils or NHS?

Person over here in NL with local nasty water did that with success. Is yours bright red and poisonous?

I cant proceed with a project until I can certify the supply meets minimum safety standards.
The local NHS no longer do testing so it means a trek up to shrewsbury .The local dispensing chemisst doesnt either.
The county council are being a p.i.t.a.
There quite a few commercial outfits happy to do it but I need an impartial process where the same company isnt going to find problems to which they have the very solution.
