Anyone for a quickie!! - Ol'Jeffers - 24-01-2014 What is the correct bulb to put in the number plate lights. I have a blown one and while I'm in there I want to convert to LED. TIA!! alut: RE: Anyone for a quickie!! - Jed Clampit - 24-01-2014 if it's cap less 501 or T10 w5w if it is none cambus led are a bit cheaper if it is cambus it must have the cambus led or it will flash and go off RE: Anyone for a quickie!! - Ol'Jeffers - 24-01-2014 Thanks Jed!! :-) I didn't think that the number plate lights were that fussy. I've had LEDs in the stop/tail with no problems. The canbus only switches them, it doesn't detect the load. Ummm......... I don't know whether it's capless or not! I have plenty of blue/white 501s which are given away free with most pairs of headlight bought on line! RE: Anyone for a quickie!! - Jed Clampit - 24-01-2014 Had Vauxhall Astra before the berlingo with canbus they are very funny with the wrong bulbs so i'm not so sure about Citroen yet cratch: vauxhall cambus would pick up the drop in load and switch the light off |
