Well, got it running, sort of.
Couldn't crank start it but with a tow she fired into life, and was running pretty sweet, new chain was nice and quiet compared to how it sounded before.

Yes the engine is belt timed, but there are two camshafts on the top end with their sprocket ends connected by a chain.(One of the sprockets being driven by the timing belt... |
