Both springs done and one new drop link, the old one stripped threads. Just need to top the gearbox oil up when it stops raining and take for retest. Still have a few days left to play with so no rush...

MOT fail yesterday, both front springs broken  :@ How did I not notice that? It still drives perfectly well.

It's 12 years old and it's a van so it's going to have a few dings. The outside of the door goes further down so just get some more seal on it to fill the gap if it worries you.

Clicking can also be a sign of a bad earth or a stuck starter, have you had a meter on the battery to see what charge is in it ?

New car dash lights come on all the time so you see them riding round in the dark with no lights on. Dash lights shouldn't be a fail.

25% sounds a bit of an exaggeration, I've read 3% for a roof rack so I would imagine a streamlined box would not add much more than that.

It might sound a bit basic but have you checked the tyres and pressures ? Our car is older but if a front tyre is a little low it soon starts to pull to that side.

Be sure to knock the bit into the head well with a hammer before you try to undo it as they are threadlocked and the heads are shallow.

In User CP at the top of the page Your Profile Edit Options in Messaging and Notifications try changing Default Thread Subscription Mode to Do Not Subscribe. It might be that doing it.
