As above, I think the standard Berlingo may be too short for your needs. There's also a 9 seater car version available, same length as the long van probably but not so common and not sure if available...

+1 for contacting HDi Tuning. Steve will be able to advise if he's able to help. AFAIK, the immo on the 1.9D is fairly easy to bypass as it only affects the stop solenoid on the mechanical fuel pump....

Well, it was a nice idea but looks like the LCD is needed for the Bluetooth pairing... Oh well, I'll stick with the RD4 for now.

Thanks both. It's a plastic boot as those were all that I could find. I might well try the cable tie approach on the drive shaft this time.
