That would have been easy but the pedal is made of plastic.
O.K. never thought of that, what about a bowl of bloody hot water, then massage the arm how you want it.. it works on toothbrushes...:) |

you're right, its only the disc that gets cleaned by the pads, the rest of the disc brake just corrodes naturally because its unprotected steel...
they all do it, the disc itself would be worn out bef... |

They look like the brake discs not the wheels, they can flash rust overnight if it is wet, or not been driven for a while, nothing out of the ordinary there... |

maybe the tank breather is blocking, as the fuel goes down it creates a bit of a vacuum in the tank and the pump has trouble pulling it through for a second or two...does the fuel cap make a whoosh no... |

I get roughly 500 miles from a tank full, not looked up tank capacity yet, but easy to calculate mpg.... just loaded van for work, will let you know how it performs, although on a steepish hill you do... |
