Looking at the CATCR info there are just HEX HEAD CAPSCREW 10x150-20. No washer etc shown . You may have to drill them out , thread tight due to damage before breaking off.? Never heard of these b...

If its a 1.6 with a fuel rail then you dont need to pin the pump.

Just an idea , why not try it with the fuel cap off. If Ok then the fuel cap is not letting air into the tank. Sounds like fuel starvation but could be wrong.
