These are the immobiliser diagrams as fitted to your Partner, it shows almost behind the headlight leveller switch is the immobiliser interface box.
I relocated mine so it's much harder to find, bu... |

Thread: Pressure regulating valve setting
Post: RE: Pressure regulating valve setting
I have experimented with this unit on my 405 Mi16. It definitely has a purpose and works well. With the valve permanently at "full flow" in a panic braking situation the car tended to float as it sk... |

LOL at selling the bike; a friend's great-uncle did something similar with a niece he disliked. A pawnbroker, the niece one day popped in whilst shopping and asked if he could mind her baby (it was i... |

You need to tee in a pressure gauge or knock up an adaptor line. Brazing will be adequate. I'll post the picture for reference. |

My van has a sticker under the bonnet giving line pressures at the rear wheel cylinders per load weight. |

OK, that car has a "chipped" key (key with embedded transponder in the base) and a separate interface box to talk with the ECU.
It's not the Texton box I referred to earlier, but the earlier versio... |

Grippin, index the flywheel at the small hole near your crank angle sensor, a 5mm steel rod passes through the flared out section of the block and locks into the matching flywheel hole. It's hard to s... |

Your RPO is 08513, the date is February 29, 2000. A "leap"car!
So you have the exact same engine bay wiring as mine, the 306 I would need the VIN to decode. |

Myself and at least one other person have been sold used parts by ECP, who then refused to acknowledge the issue. With this demonstrated lack of integrity, I suggest people take their cash elsewhere. |

On the decal between driver's door hinges, probably 08XXX followed by two letters or numbers. |

That can often be a suspension bearing/bushing. First place to look at would be your "P" bushes on the front wishbones, to the rear end. |

RPO / ORGA Nr 8600 was the change point (officially) for Berlingi.
I've done XU10 into Berlingo, so I can probably help but am asking questions to better finetune the information. Bosch MP5.1 ECU? |

Ideally you should go get the "Texton box" from the 306. It's under the centre ashtray in front of the gear lever - remove the console to unscrew. This unit is paired with the engine ECU to act as i... |

I reckon the head gasket is the weak point on a 1.4. When it goes (evidenced by oil in coolant, mostly) fix promptly to avoid rotting out the water hoses. Otherwise they last well; mine has the orig... |

To loosen the bars you should hit them on the side a good 300mm from the splines, around the perimeter. The shock wave will do more than you might imagine. |
