That sounds surprising. Did you give the car time to reset itself by switching off the ignition before filling or did you check it immediately after refilling without a switch off?

I assumed the dealer would have supplied the car with a full tank of Adblu. You could be right. Maybe it didn't. One thing that concerned my is do these tanks suffer leaks easily?
