I replaced mine and you have to drop that side of the bumper down.
The bolts on the top and behind the wheel arch are easy enough but the front is riveted. I had to drill them out and find some bolts... |

Fuel pump was the issue. However, it's been an unlucky day as the front driver's side spring had snapped following the unloading from the flat loader.
Not my day! |
