I've a new wing to put on.  I have the Haynes manual, but whats the easiest way to change the wing? Will I need any new screws, or mastic etc?

its quite easy. A new one is a couple of quid off ebay. ive got a spare one somewhere Just knock the old one out with a hammer/pin punch, and knock the new one in

So there is no Turbo Boost Pressure. It drives very slowly, it did go to 4000rpm/50mph, in a very embarassing way

In neutral it revs very slowly up to 2/3000rpm, gets gradually quicker as revs rise to 4000+rpm Im going to check turbo boost on Torque app

Its not in limp mode. A hill it normally climbs in 5th at 50mph,Id have to use 4th or even 3rd. Its like driving with the foot of God on the brakes

Loss of power today meant it was too dangerous to drive so got relayed home. It really became obvious when it wouldnt stay in 4th going uphill, and when it seemed like it was in 4th gear instead of 1s...

its "working".I put a couple of connectors on the bad wire drove a few miles , no problem, in a safe place with a towcar behind me Ive not been able to drive more than a mile without the fuse blowing ...

[attachment=7137] The main wire harness from the ECU was rubbing against the battery holder Would that cause intermittent fuse blowing whilst driving? Hopefully I can tape these up

Well I just went to go for a test drive, got about 5yards and it stopped. This time unplugging EGR solenoid and airflowmeter didnt get it going again Im running out of 20Amp fuses again

that was code P2143, not P1243, sorry I blocked off the egr vacuum pipe at both ends, no fault codes coming up now

It works! I disconnected the plug for the Airflowmeter and the EGR vacuum supply solenoid and it started up. I reconnected the plugs and it still starts. I need a test drive yet. Fault codes now are ...
