My rear washer jet is blocked somehow - so badly that the washer fluid was escaping under pressure from the wiper motor housing and through the tailgate!
Tried clearing with a pin and compressed air ... |

Looks like you screw straight in the edge of the ply - does that hold OK? I was always told to never screw into endgrain of regular wood, but dunno if that works with ply..? |

Ah, OK.
I cleared the code before heading home today and it didn't reappear (~140 miles). I'll change the fuel filter as planned and have a look at the lambda sensor while I'm under there anyway. |

Just to finish up this story:
Established it was the starter after checking voltages on ignition. Starter replaced - a relatively easy job, as it turned out - and now seems to be running fine.
