Sure this will help a few people out as seems to be a common conversion on these now. Good write up. Exhaust I would personally use the 306 exhaust too but extend the middle section

been thinking of painting my van but not sure on a couple, quite fancy black or grey but not sure. Been looking on the net to see if I can find any but all I find is whit, yellow or blue mainly. Anyon...

Thanks Ewanm77 I will look more into it when I get the new gaz adjustable rear shocks. Lowered the passenger seat today, both about level now and feel a lot better too. Also got hold of an MX5 battery...

Finished work early today so set about making the driver seat mount to fit the drivers recaro, all in now and it sits slightly lower than the standard seat but not as low as I was hoping to be honest ...

Made a start on fitting the recaros today, got the passenger one in but it's been raining on and off all day so didn't get a chance to get driver seat in. Passenger seat it a lot higher than I wanted ...

Thanks mate. Been looking into rear shocks, 306 ones won't fit. The Berlingo axle uses 2xM16 bolts where 306 shocks use 1 x M16 and 1xM12 bolt. Been told on the gti6 forum that the 405 rear shocks are...

Lifted the back end up 20mm today, sits better and it's not bouncy any more, just waiting on a set of gaz adjustable rear shocks turning up now. Possibly picking up a set of White saxo VTS wheels up a...
