Turns over fast will fire on easy start but will not run alot of air bubbles coming through diesel lines.

quick update reset BSI now no noise from pump injectors getting a pulse on cranking but battery gone flat will charge it up and let you know the outcome.

i did find inertia switch it was dangling under car it was faulty so replaced it now all elecs to engine now working.But low pressure pump the one built in to the high pressure pump is making a loud b...

ok have tested cut off switch for contiuity none there so bypassed switch now all elecs to engine ok no hazard lights when ignition on but buzing noise from pump if i prime it the noise gets quieter d...

yes key symbol goes out have looked and no sign of cut off switch or wiring any where near that location only thing there is a unit with vacum pipes on it.also vehicle is a multi space dont know if ...

ok done tests there is no continuity between pin 7 on relay plug and pin h1 on ecu plug.all connectors checked and seem ok.

i have made a mistake it is terminal 7 that has no negative feed not 10 that has negative feed sorry.

terminals 3,11,15 and 8 all have 12 volt feed with ignition on terminal 7 has negitive feed but terminal 10 has nothing and when i tested it soon as i touched contact hazard lights came on.

Have just looked at BM34 fuse box there is no live 12volt on fuses 25 and 28 but fuse 34 has no fuse in, there is only 1 contact in the fuse holder so im thinking not 1 suppose to be there.

yea mine has 3 plugs all three are black but the plastic you turn to lock them in position is grey on number 1 plug and the 3rd plug middle 1 is black. Also if i take fuse 32 out and put ignition on...

my berlingo not got electric pump in tank,so i dont think it has a cut off switch have looked in both positions you pointed out and nothing there.

i have now found fuse 32 its ok and getting live feed put 10 er diesel in now half full still no pulse at injectors have tried all terminals on bsm and all getting live feed unpluged every sensor and...

hi that looks totally different from my wiring,my bsm has small fuses and large fuses and i relay for heater plugs i think,have found terminal c3 which is live but cant find c8 and c 13 on the bsm.and...

yes it ran well up to the no start thing the key still works on remote for doors and no key light on dash only difference is hazards coming on when i switch ignition on,and even with jump leads on it...

Just been and found out there is no live feed to injectors on cranking,but there is live feed to fuel pressure valve on fuel rail dont know if this will help to shed some light on the none starting an...
