that's not the connection for the headlights. that's an interior lamp, and i had 2 sets for my interior one canbus and one not, both still working.

thank you for the reply, 2 things that don't add up for me. 1. you say led lamps cost more, but the ones i saw were about a couple of dollars to maybe 16 for a pair. not that different from normal one...
