Вy the way, instead of returning the original radio (old stuff without basic features), for the same money you can install a modern radio with Bluetooth and Can decoder to control the central display....

No "coding" is needed, you just need to put your car's VIN number into the new radio, using a diagnostic equipment like Lexia or Diagbox. Anyone with such equipment can do this for you.

There is no need to remove the bumper, you can get acsses from the bottom via an opening panel and insert the tool through the grill. A bit tricky but doable.

Does fault code P0493 or P0494 come on? If so, it is the faulty fan speed resistor, located in the front of the car behind the bumper, next to the colling fan. .[attachment=9930]
