just done mine,simply twist and pull out keeping an eye on the cams inside.push back in new pin and twist to lock.2 pins =11euros.....i only ruined 3 plastic plugs on the door panel...lol

ha bloody amazing,iv had the broken spring issue,now i find it should have been recalled.it cost me,when it shouldnt have.iv had the car from new and still have it,never had a recall.bastards

Mine is an 04.i have never changed the brake fliud,i also have a 1995 mercedes that i have never changed the fliud on either.Its such a pig job if it aint broken dont fix it,works for me.

there are 3 bolts holding the starter.one near the clutch cable and the others are more or less 6 inch apart.remove the cables and out it comes itookmine upwards but it may go down under the car easie...

well todays first start was the same as others so the cable mod did nothing,looks like a starter may be in order.thanks. anyone have numbers on a stronger starter motor,what make etc.

Having the same thing with mine,battery sounds as though its about to go flat before it starts,but its only 1 year old.So I changed the cable from the battery positive to the starter motor putting on ...

i had this,check the seal in the top of the fuel filter if its the siemens,if its a poor seal it will draw in air and thus misfire.you can see the air in the pipes as you rev the engine.hope this help...
