I would probably say that the motor brushes are wearing out. If it is this you will find that after a while switching it to full speed first won't work either.

Not sure but I think the main dealer can get it of your vin no.  If it's the code for altering general things in the bsi try 03114. :cool:

A bit further digging I found it is to do with Ms internet explorer as Chrome and Firefox work ok on win 7.  :rolleyes:

Ok, the fuse that is indicated is "MF16" which feeds your two cooling fans via a relay. Check that your fans are not seized up and rotate freely. The relay should be located on the top of the radiator...
