Sorry Ant0ny, I hadn't spotted that you where outside the UK. The UK MOT seems to be becoming very picky on certain things and drivers of older vehicles are going to have problems in the future when ... |

Thread: Manual Steering Rack
Post: RE: Manual Steering Rack

Under part 3a in section 2.3 of the M.O.T. tester's manual, a fail will be given for the followin... |

Thread: Glow plug warning light
Post: RE: Glow plug warning light
As above, glow plugs only kick in when very cold. I asked same question when I noticed mine didn't come on.

Thread: berlingo clutch pedal play
Post: RE: berlingo clutch pedal play
The Berlingo I used to own had this problem (I also posted in the thread in the link). I ended up just living with it until I parted with the van and it never got worse.

Post: RE: Random clear/white pipe resting on undertray
I don't know, but as a guess it could be a drain tube from the fuel filter. My 1.6 HDi has a rubber tube attached to the drain outlet on the bottom of the filter that just hangs loose in the engine b... |
