Order new seals nitrile green and check them in diesel.
If they are not falling apart then fit them on. Fit them while wet from diesel.
Don't fit them dry. Also check if return pipe is vibrating too ... |

I had clogged vacuum tube to wastegate before solenoid.
It was on T-shape splitter. Solenoid was working ok.
There is no relay. It is controlled directly from ECU

You can feed 12v from another wire to 12v ODB socket.
Just check IF OBD socket ground wire is OK.
Buy cheap obd2 socket and try to pull errors if... |

It bothered me in the beginning. Now I just ignore it.
To fix that I need to remove fuel lines and change injector O ring.

It is best to connect ordinary voltage meter, put it on AC and measure on injector.
Check pic3 from this page. It is around 100V.
