id be inclined to take a feed from the power side of the reversing light wsitch on the top of the gearbox, its an ignition fed supply so comes on on the key,  and connect it to the fuel shut off solen...

is the cam belt still good? did you have the throttle fully open when trying to bleed the injectors? try a wiff of easystart , might run long enough to pull the fuel through.
