The window tint looks really good and suits the car well a nice job and the wheels should set it off nice.

Thanks Mike,

I am really pleased with the way it came out.

It is evolving the way I want it to.

Still need a few bits to tidy it up like the speaker grille in the drivers door, mirror cap, a "button" and fixer under the dash to keep that panel in place above the hood release and of course the rear tailgate cover. But I did meet a guy recently who may have a complete spares car that I may be able to get some bits from.

Updates will continue  Big Grin

I like the wheels too, there are other options and I was offered some others free of charge, but these will suit the final look a bit better in the end, I think.....

I did not have enough film to do the rear window by about 4" so may get some more and give it a go.

There is a BERLINGO question in here for you guys.

A quiet day.

Kind of weird for me to do nothing or as little as I did today, but it was a good day.

CraigRK used his new wagon to pop over to Disasterbus early morning to pick up the lawnmower that I had been given.

[Image: 3E3A1A2E-605F-4AC6-A623-09C65D5C2B70_zpsv0mvfbuo.jpg]

Katy has a tough day job and was shattered yesterday so crashed and fell asleep on the couch after dinner, then this morning I was up early as usual but forced her to sleep late and then stay in bed reading a book, relaxing, taking her tea in bed etc.

We went shopping around 11.30 as she had stuff to sort out.

A nice coffee at Coffee Republic, people watching and then home.

We were expecting Ian "Overload" from UKGSER.com to pop in to deliver a new, unused towbar for the Berlingo.

He and partner Julie were here at 13.30 with their two awesome dogs.

Cuppa tea, Digestives and we were off to the garage to look at all my stuff........ I think Ian felt a kindred spirit in my wombling

One towbar delivered......... but it has a mystery attached.

The label on the packaging reads "Opel Corsa Combo" or Vauxhall Combo would be the same thing I suspect.

Who knows for sure.......??

Was there a floorpan share between Vauxhall and PSA or the Peugeot/Citroën meaning the Berlingo and Corsa take the same Towbar?

Time with Ian and Julie flew by and all too soon they had to hit the road home.

I went back to the garage after taking the Prozac-Mobile down there and started to mess with it.......

Get my drift?

Debadged.......

[Image: EE2F97DE-D026-4204-B144-D5AC0A00FFDD_zpszas46llg.jpg]

Not yet fitted, just held in place with some masking tape.

I still have to prep these badges with automotive tape so that I can fit them to the tailgate.

Tongue in cheek.

There was an old embossed Italian flag sticker originally that was damaged, so I removed it, but it was covering a bit of paint damage from the past......

So this seemed appropriate.

Got home from work tonight and did a load of admin, followed by cutting the grass, then painted the insides of the alloys black as well, and then solved the problem of how to fill or cammo the holes where the side trim is affixed.

2x2meter and 135 mm high means the holes can be managed before moving to the next phase.

I ordered red and white.

Next up.....

QUESTION TIME.

When I bought the car, it only had this one key.

It has central locking, so not sure there was a remote central locking key.

Where can I buy a spare coded (suspect it is) immobiliser key for sensible money??

Any advice on getting a duplicate key made up, appreciated.

If its factory fit central locking yes it would of had a remote key and the normal one you have there, the remote probably got worn out. The chip is behind that little square in the end on picture. Some have used timpsons for a key but ive not tried them. Or an auto locksmith in your area should be able to sort you out. Another way is by a replacement remote key from china get the blank cut and find someone near you with lexia software who can program the key for you. Not sure on the age of your motor but citroen did use infrared then went to radio frequency for the remote locking but not sure what year so make sure you get the right remote. Look for members with lexia on here or try the French car forum and look up their map.
