Hello folks.
Has anybody found a definite reason / cure for the excessive outer edge wear on the rest tyres? I have a 2012 model.

Have you had the rear tracking and alignment checked? You could have worn rear bushes leading to interesting camber angles.

Not toe, but camber. Could be either really. Try the high pressure solutions put up by others and see what happens? If it's pressure related, that suggests the standard pressures are not enough to overcome the built in camber of the rear suspension setup, but I'd be interested in what alignment is found on a laser rig.

My point about camber, is that if you do a lot of miles with an empty van and get outer edge wear, it could be the vans have negative camber so that the wheels sit straight up and down when fully loaded. Might be like this empty \ / (cambered out at the top - exaggerated)

Yep exactly, nothing can be done about it other than slinging a few bags of cement in the back !

We have recently invested in a Hunter Alignment set up .
All Berlingo’s seem to suffer from this issue.
When I was on the training course at Proalign, the resident alignment genius assured me you could buy shims to alter the rear stub axles on just about everything.
