hiya lads , is it easy to change the blower stitch ,it only works on no;4,cheers, steve

ill have to get a haynes

Hi mate, this should be a simple fix. You sure its the dial thats fudged?

hiya mate, 123 on both sides dont work bur 4 does

Ill see what Haynes says when i get home. Should have some removal instructions.

Removing - refitting : Cooling cassette

1. Preliminary operations
Remove the following components (see the corresponding procedures) :
Front bumper and front bumper crossmember
Headlamp
Front panel
Drain the air conditioning system (see corresponding procedure).
2. Removing

Unclip the anti-recycling partition 1 (at "a") (on each side).

Remove :
The bolts (3)
The cooling fan
Disconnect the connectors , as "b".
Remove :
Remove bolts (4)
The air conditioning pipes 5
The bolts (2)
CAUTION : Immediately close the air conditioning circuit using caps to prevent damage to the air conditioning circuit desiccator cartridge.

Unclip the connector in "c".

Unlock the top brackets 6 by rotation (as per arrows).

Release the harness (7).
Remove :
The bolts (8)
The relay bracket (9)
The electrical harness (7)
Unclip the electrical harness at "d".
Detach the radiators from the lower brackets of the cooling cassette.
Remove the cooling cassette.
3. Refitting
Proceed in the reverse order to removal.

In fact there are two blowers in Berlingo.
And what did you mean - it's very difficult to understand....
