Bsi Playing up
Since the boxing day downpour, my poor Berlingo has been parked up, ripped apart, shouted at, and probed. I'm hoping I'm nearing the end of this issue!
To recap : BSI got wet, wipers went haywire, then complete non-start.
BBA repaired the BSI, but I couldn't code keys.
New transponders fitted to keys, keys then accepted, but wrong code.
So, faced with A)Get BSI virginized again, Try another code,
B)Get Engine management ECU virginized or immobilizer bypassed and code with the one I used for the BSI
or C)Have a go at recoding the Engine management ECU myself,
I've decided to go with C.
I thought I would share with you good people my progress, and what I learn in the process!
I'm currently waiting for a Galletto 4 V54 to arrive, which will allow me to read the code written to the Siemens SID 801A Ecu.
If anybody out there has any hints or tips they would be greatly appreciated!
