Compatible gearbox for Berlingo 1.4

Hey Guy, would like to use some help.
My current workhorse is a berlingo 1.4 M59 with manual transmission, the gearbox itself is started to produce noise and leaking, i think i better to consider for a complete swap with new clutch for a used gearbox instead of repair it. But i have great difficulty to find a mint condition MA 5 speed gearbox in my country, Malaysia.
I found plenty of peugeot 206 MA 5 speed gearboc though , looks very similar but i'm not sure if that's 100% compatible with same gear ratio as well. Is anyone here actually have experience for these gearbox?
