Do red berlingos still fade ?

Looking at a 2009/59 Berlingo van.. I have seen quite a few of these usually driven by posties that have faded very badly..
So the question is is do the later ones still do it ? I fully understand those that do fade have single stage paintwork instead of lacquer over base-coat and the result is oxidisation that fades the paint in as little as a couple of weeks.. I don't have the time or inclination to keep polishing a van !

I think all red vehicles will fade over time.yet to see an older one that has not faded ... Nissans were notorious for it
