damaged key body
#1
The ignition key for my 2002 MK1 Berlingo needs a new body as the operating buttons are disintegrating. I went into my citroen dealer here in Oslo and they wanted about £250 for one which included programming.
The key functions and only needs the part of the body that the buttons are in to be replaced. Does anybody have any ideas?

Yeah don't pay £250 which is shocking!

EBay is your friend here, lots of sellers on there sell repair kits for around £2 to £3 which include the plastic body and new micro switches.

Thank you for the replies, I have bought a new casing for the key via fleabay, the seller has 100% positive feedback and it cost me a tenner which included postage to Norway.
After reading replies to another similar posting, I hope that the casing is going to fit my key.

My niece bought a key for her Peugeot Partner from the dealer for £120 as she didn't get a plip key with it. That was a complete new key cut and programmed. They sure know how to stick it to you in Oslo.
So where does this bit go then ?
