Fuel Tank - Baffled or Not?
#1
I'm getting the distinct impression, there is minimal baffling in a Series 1 Berlingo tank.

Anyone cut a tank apart?

Thanks, Adam.

When my mk2 stops with a 3/4 full tank you can hear the fuel sloping around for quite a while so no baffling it my call.

My v6 van used to die under hard cornering under 1/3 tank and I can confirm there is no baffles as far as my arm could reach Wink

I actually noticed it handled quite a bit worse with a near full tank, due to that delayed slosh.

Baffling a tank could be fun! If one likes that sort of adventure.
