Stereo fault?

Hello, I have a 63 plate L1 enterprise and all was good till I got a galaxy note 3, and an iPhone 5, I cannot connect neither of them to the blue tooth as it says failure connection and when plugged in usb it charges the phone but won't go onto the music bit to play music yet my iPhone 5 did before?

any help is much appreciated,

mine had problems Aswel, kept freezing and connection, Citroen finally replaced it, a lot have had trouble, something to do with software I was told. Enjoy your fight with them!!
