Cigarette Lighter Fuse Location?

Hi all, 1.9d 2001 Berlingo van and the cigarette lighter doesn't work, soon after I bought it, it was working but I smelt a burning smell just wondering if anyone could help me with the location of the fuse, it's under the drivers side dashboard but can't seem to find any relevant information for which fuse is for what?

Were you able to find the fuse location? I have been facing similar problem so can you please help me out..

According to the Haynes manual it's passenger fuse box number F23 (20A) but confirm in your handbook.
