Anyone out there know

Hi all,

Does anyone out there know why the VCI does not work when I plug it I to my computer to connect with diagbox.
Diagbox does not see it and asks for the VCI to be plugged in. The computer sees it and has updated the drivers but it will not work.
I have tried several things like plugging it in before starting diagbox unplugging it when diagbox starts then re plug it then start the Citroen page .

I also tried to plug it into my car port then start diagbox but nothing seems to work

Any help would be appreciated
