Thanks for the reply. okay thats cool about the glow plug light, how do i fix the earth problem? i dont have an owners manual unfortunatly, so any info on how to do get to the airbag would be helpful. i will be having a service on the van, what would be the best oil to use? 5/30, 5/40, 10/40 ? i do know there is an offer coming on oil for £12.50 on tuesday so i dont mind what oil i need. sould i have anything else done at the same time as the service?

Have a read of this thread
http://www.berlingoforum.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=9605 it should sort your horn problem. Removing the airbag is the fiddly bit but just take your time, it would help if you can get a Haynes manual there is a few pictures to help.
Has the cam belt been changed and at what mileage, If not replaced get it done and change the water pump changed while you are at it.
Good luck with your new motor.
Are we there yet?????
