pollen filter? matrix

illyme:does anyone know if a 2008 1.6 hdi berlingo van has a pollen filter? had a look in passenger footwell and cant find one, found air filter under bonnet but thats about all, anyone know please? thanks.

had the heater matrix changed approx 2 months ago, still got a smell from vents when heater on/off, not as bad before matrix got changed but now trying to investigate further before i pull the van apart or pay another £300!

If you have air con, then you have pollen filters

They are in the drivers footwell to the left the steering column

my van has no air con. cant find any pollen filters either. nothing near the heater motor under the passenger footwell area.

If your van does not have air con then you search for ever and a day and you won't find any pollen filters as your van won't have them.

Which air vents is the smell coming from ?
