Hi,I have a 2001 Berlingo and failed my MOT on a broken spring(2.4.C.1a).
Cannot see how its broken, but what the hell, lets change the springs both sides and be done with it.
I punched in my number plate at carparts4less(europarts)and only one spring was showing so phoned them to make sure, they said the Sachs spring would fit all models so I ordered it.
Without rattling on,the spring just looks too huge at 14 1/2s long as my springs are about 8 inches compressed and cannot really see them expanding to that length when I take them off.
Citreon head office cant tell me specs(?)and said only citreon dealers will know specs,2 dealers later and I still cant find out any information.
Does any body out there know just how big the spring actually is?
Many thanks.
