Fusebox diagram?!

Hi i just purchased a berlingo 2002 600 lx hdi 2.0l. It has several issues:

1. The front offside headlight doesnt light up properly! It wont do full beam and when turned on seems to brighten slowly like it is being turned up by a variable switch, although not to full beam.

2. The radio does not appear to work. I assume this is just a fuse, however have no fuse box diagram nor can find one online!

3. There is a strange knocking from offside front wheel. The suspension arm ball joint has had excessive play on both near and offside - could this cause the wheel bearing to go? There was a new wheel bearing kit in the vehicle when i got it, so presume this is in need of replacement?!

1. check the earth connection to the body for that light , sounds like it needs remaking.

2. Haynes manual is your friend here not got mine to hand , hopefully somebody will let you know which one it is. Could also be a dodgy earth again, loose conection at back of radio , radio that's been replaced and has not ben coded to your van, or the radio has bit the dust , is bereft of life and is pushing up the daises (sorry watching monty python)

3. If the wheel bearing has gone it sounds like a whirring noise from within the car, have the ball joints been sorted? , wheel bearing might have gone you will need to check it for excessive play.
