Hi Everyone. I am not mechanically minded and need some guidance please. I have a new Belingo Multispace Diesel that hesitates on an irregular basis when at junctions, roundabouts or pulling away from traffic lights. This week it hesitated whilst overtaking, not a pleasant experience I can assure you.
When pulling away from lights/junction the engine slowly builds to its maximum revs in first gear and holds it for about three seconds before changing gear. On other occasions nothing happens then all of a sudden it surges and races away.
When overtaking it increased speed slightly then would not go any higher for at least five seconds.
No faults are recorded. I would like to be prepared when I take it into the Citroen dealers for the possible excuses they through at one.
Many thanks.

Could be a problem with the turbo but that's just a guess.
You need to be plugged into lexia then get it taken for a drive that should tell you what the problem is

Put in better quality of Diesel, and every couple tankfuls put in SuperDiesel
If it's eHdi it could need ecu update also.

I lose about 70 miles a tank if I use supermarket fuel.
Its shell or esso for me , although the shell garage near me is terrible , it only seems to hire people for who English is not their first language and can barely speak a word of it and at least once a week it runs out of regular diesel.
