New Boy with new toy .
#1
Picked up the new Berlingo from Perth this morning. 200ml round trip down in the wife's Mini I drove the Berlingo back, up the A9 to Dalwhinnie and down to Fort William so on mixed roads and got a 58mpg+ -- great. A nice relaxed drive and surprisingly good in the corners on roads that I new. Just a wee bit under powered at 90HP. Should have got one three years ago instead of the Volvo V50 . It lost £7300 in three & a half years. Bet the Berlingo wont. So far very pleased with our purchase.

It's a 2011 XTR 90HP. Had an old 2L one about four years ago. This one is smoother an feels a bit quicker, but compared to my X 150HP volvo its slow in the overtake. All in all a very practical car for all our outdoor pursuits.
